I was shooting sunset one evening and decided to hang around for blue hour before heading off. I happened to notice the crescent moon peaking through the clouds, I rushed to grab my tripod out of the car and aimed my camera almost directly up at the moon. The clouds were moving quite fast so it was fairly tedious exposure to get, however after several attempts I managed to get a shot with the moon peaking through the clouds which were lit up in various shades of purple by the blue hour light.
